The Bungendore Showground Trust is a voluntary organisation. The role of the BST is to manage and oversee the use, bookings, maintenance and upgrade of Bungendore showground.

 

The ground covers an area of 67ha and is owned by the Lands Department.

 

The showground is frequently used for Equestrian events including Bungendore Show, Polocrosse carnivals, Eventing and Pony Club camps. Local Equestrian clubs host training activities and clinics on a regular basis.

 

The NSW Sheep Dog Trials, Dog Show and the Caravan club also conduct events at the grounds.

 

The Showground is a great venue to cater for music festivals such as the annual Bungendore Country Muster and other functions such as Club presentations, weddings and birthday parties.

 

The BST along with the User groups raise funds and hold working bees to maintain and upgrade the facilities including buildings, yards, riding areas, cross country course and amenities.
