Condition of Hire

The Showground is maintained by VOLUNTEERS and used by many different Groups.

Your Group is responsible for leaving the grounds and facilities including the toilets as you find them, CLEAN and TIDY!

Wheelie bins are provided for disposal of ALL your rubbish. Please ensure that you return the wheelie bins to the designated area after your event.

Annual Hire Fee for multiple use

Inclusive of all facilities.

Fee by negotiation

Full Hire Weekend (Red)

Friday to Sunday

Includes ALL facilities - grounds, pavilion, canteen, yards and camping area with power

No other group can use the grounds if a Full Hire is booked

Cost per Weekend = $450

                 Camping = $10 per vehicle

Ground Hire (Green)

Rally days, Training, and Clinics

Share Grounds: For small groups, more than one club may book with the BST to share the facilities. The BST will allocate the Ground space to be used by each Club.

Cost per day Grounds only = $150 per day

        Grounds with canteen = $350

Private Instruction/Small Groups

Fee by negotiation

Function Facilities only

Kitchen, Canteen, Coolroom, Bar, Pavilion

Cost per 24hr period = $350

Camping

Camping grounds, showers with power

Cost per night per vehicle = $10
